Free Estimates

Estimates are free and are prepared after we review the details you provide. The website does not calculate prices automatically. If the condition, size, or scope of the home is significantly different from what was described, we will talk with you before changing the service or price. You will never be charged for additional work without your knowledge and approval.

Scheduling and Arrival

Cleaning appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and weekend appointments may be available upon request. The first appointment of the day starts at the scheduled time; other appointments may have a one hour arrival window.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service amount.

Access, Parking, and Safety

Please make sure our team can safely access the home and that appropriate parking is available. Paid parking fees may be added to the final invoice. For safety reasons, our team does not move heavy furniture or appliances, climb on unstable surfaces, handle hazardous materials or biohazardous waste, clean active mold, or work in unsafe conditions.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking. Accepted methods may include credit and debit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved electronic payment methods.

Satisfaction

If something was missed, contact us promptly after the service and describe the concern, with photos when helpful. When appropriate, we will arrange a follow-up cleaning of the specific area at no additional charge.
